Our refinishing process is based on doing things properly and consistently. Rather than covering over worn surfaces, each interior component is taken back to its base material and rebuilt to ensure the finish is durable, accurate, and appropriate to the interior.
This approach allows refinished areas to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding materials, without the work standing out or feeling out of place. Components are matched carefully so the interior looks cohesive and correct, rather than newly repaired.
The aim is to return the interior to how it looked and felt when the car left the factory — with a finish engineered to remain stable and not deteriorate again over time.
Once you request an estimate, we will get back to you promptly with a price based on the parts involved and the work required.
If you’re happy to proceed and approve the estimate, we’ll contact you to discuss availability, current lead times etc, and then provide guidance on safe removal or the most appropriate next steps.
Once the scope of work is agreed, interior components can either be sent to us directly or collected via one of our managed services.
For clients who prefer not to remove parts themselves, we can travel to your location to carry out removal in person and return to refit once the work is complete.
On arrival at our workshop, all components are inspected for damage or previous repairs before refinishing begins. Should any issues be identified, you will be contacted before work proceeds.
Each part is photographed, dismantled where required, and stripped back to remove failed coatings. Surfaces are then refinished in the correct colour and texture using durable 2K paint systems.
Where applicable, graphics are laser-etched to factory specification before our bespoke soft-touch coating is applied.
Once cured, components are inspected, carefully rebuilt, and checked for fit, alignment, and function. Final photographs are taken to document the finish and ensure every part meets our standards before release.
Once refinishing is complete, final photographs are provided for approval. Upon confirmation, we issue the invoice and arrange either secure return shipping or refitting, depending on what has been agreed.

Most interior parts are sent to us via an insured courier service, which remains the most common option for our clients. We typically recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery due to its reliability, full tracking, and signature on delivery, ensuring parts arrive safely and securely.

Vehicles are handled by trusted transport partners experienced with specialist and high value cars, ensuring appropriate care throughout. Once the work is complete, the vehicle is returned in the same controlled manner, avoiding unnecessary mileage, handling or interim storage.

For selected projects, we can offer a personal strip and refit service, carried out with the same attention to detail as our refinishing work. Components are carefully removed at your location, personally transported back to our workshop, and then we will travel back to refit upon completion.
